Dietrich Bonhoeffer FriedensArbeit (DBFA) is a social and faith-based organization founded in 2013 by inspiration and the legacy of a young theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer who was always for peace and in resistance against hatred and wars by his thoughts, actions and life. DBFA is dedicated to building peaceful and reconciled communities through education, unity, and social transformation — especially by supporting, coaching and accompanying young people to become committed and active actors in the needed transformation.

Today, many young people in Rwanda face limited access to modern, hands-on, and market relevant education.
Despite having motivation, creativity, and talent, most lack opportunities to apply and grow their skills due to low national investment and systemic barriers.
At the same time, countries like Germany are experiencing growing shortages in key professions, and are in search of motivated, values-driven individuals with a global, international, and intercultural open mindset.
